Undue Medical Debt

Communication and Marketing Manager

  • Ensures that written content is symmetrical across the various departments and adheres to the same style and messaging.

    • Consistent messaging across all Undue’s communications and platforms: website, annual impact report, debt fulfillment reports, pitch decks, end-of-year fundraising letters, tri-fold brochure, one-pagers, newsletters, testimonial share-outs, and medical debt relief alliance monthly giving club communications.

  • Drafts and copyedits content for newsletters and public-facing communications from various departments, including Philanthropy, Public Policy and Program Management, Hospital Relations, Government Relations and Info Systems.

  • Established consistent paid advertising and SEO efforts with Marketing Partners for varying campaigns as well as growing the Undue Google Ad Grant capacity

  • Consolidating distribution platforms project lead (the organization is currently using multiple CRM platforms – “Customer Relationship Management”)
